Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Hangllo (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Beta Service

Hangllo may be provided as a beta product. Features may change, break, or be removed at any time. You understand that the Service is provided on an "as is" basis.

2. Eligibility

You must comply with applicable laws and be legally able to use the Service in your location.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of access to your account and for all activity that occurs through your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by:

• harassing, threatening, or abusing others;
• posting or sending illegal or harmful content;
• attempting to access the Service or data without authorization;
• spamming, scraping, or disrupting the Service.

5. Groups and Events

Lasting rooms are groups. Meetups with a date and place are events. You may be in up to 2 groups and 2 events in each category. Most groups hold up to 6 people; some team-sport groups and events may hold up to 50. Event chats are removed 3 days after the event starts. Group chats stay while the group exists.

6. Safety and Moderation

We may remove content, restrict accounts, or take other actions to keep the community safe and to enforce these Terms. Community guidelines in the app apply to all users.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, including for violations of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hangllo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
